Meet Charla Carrano
Charla joins LumenusWorks as our new Strategy & Communications Architect with over a decade of experience at the intersection of project management, corporate communication, and leadership development. With a master’s degree in Communication and a background in psychology, she has spent her career helping teams connect more deeply—with each other, their work, and the impact they want to create.
Charla consulted across industries, from energy and tech to wellness, always with a focus on bridging people, process, and purpose. Whether leading global cross-functional teams or helping executives shape strategies that stick, Charla brings a thoughtful mix of empathy, agility, and get-it-done energy to every engagement.
