As a Certified Coach Practitioner, Sheryl champions the belief that people are every organization’s greatest asset. With a passion for people and a wealth of business knowledge gained from a variety of industries, she found her passion in the power of assessments.

In 2008, Sheryl joined Profiles International as VP of Strategic Business Partners, utilizing assessment tools to help clients make better, more profitable decisions. In this role, Sheryl gained a depth of understanding about the PXT Select that is rare. Whether delivering the results to an individual or a hiring manager, her ability to bring the content to life for actionable change continues to impress and wow everyone she works with. She excels at answering the most critical questions about effectively managing and engaging employees to reach organizational goals with humor and metaphors that will leave you laughing out loud.

Based in Waco, Sheryl balances her coaching magic with community service and a love for animals, music, sports, and her garden.
